This Privacy Policy determines the procedure for processing, storing, and protecting personal information that "Krionit Lab" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, receives from individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as Users) during the use of the website www.livegram.io and the integrated Telegram bot @LivegramBot (collectively referred to as the Service).

The use of the Service constitutes the User's unconditional consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. In case of disagreement with the conditions for processing information, the User must immediately cease using the Service.

Legal Basis for Information Processing

The Operator processes Users' information in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on personal data, international data protection standards, and based on the User Agreement concluded between the Operator and the User.

Categories of Collected Information

To ensure the operation of the Service, the Operator collects and processes only the information necessary to fulfill its obligations to the User. The User's personal information includes the following data:

• The User's unique identification number in the Telegram messenger, provided by the Telegram platform when launching the Service.
• The User's email address, provided voluntarily during registration in the Personal Account on the website or when contacting customer support.
• Technical data automatically transmitted by the User's device while using the Service, including cookies, IP address, browser type, and the date and time of access to the Service.
• Information about the settings and configurations of the Sub-bots created by the User, including technical access tokens issued by the Telegram platform, Sub-bot names, and message forwarding algorithms.
• The Operator specifically states that the Service functions as a neutral technical data router. The Operator does not collect, analyze, view, or store the content of private messages forwarded by third parties through the User's Sub-bots. All forwarded information is processed automatically without the involvement of the Operator's employees.

Separation of Roles in Data Processing

During the operation of the Service, there is a clear separation of responsibility for processing the data of end users interacting with the Sub-bots:

The User who creates and administers the Sub-bot is recognized as the sole personal data operator for their end subscribers. The User is solely responsible for obtaining their subscribers' consent to process their data.

The Service Operator acts exclusively as a technical data processor. The Operator processes end users' information solely on behalf of the User and within the algorithms set by the User in the Service settings.

Since the Service operates based on the Telegram messenger software interface, the User acknowledges that data collection and processing are also governed by Telegram's official privacy policy, over which the Service Operator has no control.

Purposes of Information Processing

The Operator processes Users' information exclusively for strictly defined purposes:

• Providing the User with the full functionality of the Service, including the creation, configuration, and technical support of feedback Sub-bots.
• Identifying the User within the Service and fulfilling the terms of the User Agreement.
• Communicating with the User, including sending technical notifications, responding to customer support inquiries, and providing information about Service updates and tariff changes.
• Ensuring security, preventing fraudulent activities, spam distribution, and other violations of the Service's terms of use.
• Improving the quality of the Service, optimizing server capacity, and fixing technical errors in the software code.

Transfer of Information to Third Parties

The Operator does not sell, exchange, or transfer Users' personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The transfer of Users' information is permitted only in the following strictly defined cases:

• The process of order handling and accepting payments for paid Service subscriptions is carried out by the international merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is an independent data controller and processes Users' payment information, including bank card details and transaction information, independently based on its own privacy policies and payment system security standards. The Operator does not have access to Users' bank cards or full payment details.
• The transfer of information to competent state authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out only on the basis of official written requests and in strict accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

Data Retention and Deletion

The Operator retains the User's personal information for the entire duration of the User's account and the period of using the Service.

In accordance with server equipment optimization rules, technical logs and the history of Sub-bot message routing are automatically deleted thirty calendar days after their creation.

The Operator has the right to completely delete the User's Sub-bot and all associated databases from the servers in the event of inactivity or lack of tariff payment for thirty consecutive calendar days.

User Rights

The User retains full control over their personal data and has the right to exercise the following options:

• Request information from the Operator regarding the composition of stored personal data and the purposes of its processing.
• Demand the immediate correction, update, or clarification of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
• Demand the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal information by sending a corresponding request to the Operator's official email address. Data deletion is carried out within thirty working days from the moment the request is received.

Information Protection

The Operator takes all necessary organizational, technical, and legal measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution by third parties.

Data protection measures include encryption of communication channels, secure data transfer protocols, restricting Operator employees' access to server databases, and continuous monitoring of security systems.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website www.livegram.io. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes constitutes the User's agreement to the updated terms.
